Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages TruPet Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bc030486@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will work to make it right.
